When do you start working on my project?
We will start working on your project as soon as we receive your request.

How long does it take before I can see my samples?
Your samples will be presented to you in a timely manor once the contract has been approved by both the Developer and the Client. If you wish to process your request faster please specify your desired deadline when requesting a service from Exclusive Image.

How can I see my design samples?
After we receive your first installment (payment) we will create a personal web page for you to view your design samples. Please refer to the "Client Viewing" section to preview your design samples. In some circumstances printed samples/proofs maybe presented as well.

How many changes/revisions can be made to my design?
Unless otherwise agreed upon by the Developer and the Client, unlimited changes can be applied to your design, until you are 100% satisfied.

What if I do not like any of the initial designs?
We will re-evaluate your service request and the terms of your contract, and the appropriate next steps will be taken to insure you are satisfied with your project request.

What if I have my own idea for the project design?
Any ideas or requests you may have for a design please indicate in your "Make A Request,"or contact exclusiveimage@comcast.net. Please be as specific as possible.

Yes. Please provide us with the latest version of your design, and mention it in your "Make A Request"or contact exclusiveimage@comcast.net. Please be as specific as possible.

Yes, we offer a number of graphic and consultation services. Click the "Service" tab under the main menu for additional information.

When I view my designs on the website it seems to have different colors then my original printed design?
The colors may vary because we choose the design colors from the Pantone Matching System swatch book for precise color reference. Printed ink colors do not appear the same when compared to light colors shown on a monitor. The Pantone Matching System swatch book colors represent how the finish colors will appear.

Understanding The Terminology

What is "camera ready artwork?"
"Camera ready artwork" refers to the photograph and/or illustaration which is printed at professional print center. For the best printing results when using a photograph and scanned image set the resolution to at least a minimum of 300 dot-per-inch (dpi).

What is a bitmap file?
Both Adobe Photoshop and ImageReady work with bitmapped, digitized images: that is continuous-tone images that have been converted into a series of small squares, or picture elements, called pixels.

What is a vector file?
Vector graphics, also called draw graphics, which are made up of shapes based on mathematical expressions. These graphics consist of clear, smooth lines that retain their crispness when scaled. They are appropriate for illustrations, type, and graphics such as logos that may be scaled to different sizes.

What are Pantone colors?
Pantone colors are used by professional print centers around the world. They are universal ink colors that help designers, print centers and customers talk in one language. If you’re interested in learning more about Pantone products please visit http://www.pantone.com.

Why does the color look different when I print it?
Your personal printer doesn’t use exact colors that you see on the screen. You have to calibrate your printer with the screen first for the best match.

Does Exclusive Image have any rights over the Client's design?
Exclusive Image does not register or protect the design that it created for its`Clients. For example, we provide all the rights for the customers to register their logos. The Client is responsible for protecting and registering the rights of their logo. However we closely watch, so no one is using our samples for false advertising without a writing permission from Exclusive Image. Unless otherwise agreed upon, no one can use Exclusive Image's design samples other than the Client (contract signer).

What software do you use to design and produce a graphic project?
Excluisve Image uses the following software: Adobe (CS4) After Affects, Dreamweaver, Contribute, Flash, Fireworks, Illustrator, ImageReady, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Macromedia Captivate, QuarkXPress 6.5, and Microsoft 2009, Office and Viso.

Will I need to purchase professional graphic software to use and/or view the graphics created by Exclusive Image?
No. All graphics will be saved in the following file formats: GIF, JPEG, PDF, PNG, TIFF or any other file extension requested by the Client. Learn more click here.

What payment options does Exclusive Image offer for Clients?
Currently, we are accepting checks, cash, and all major credit cards as payment options. Exclusive Image is a Paypal verified vendor. Credit cards payments are subject to a processing fee of approximately 2.9%, which may be added to your balance. Fees for receiving eCheck payments will not exceed $5.00 USD pertransaction.
Exclusive Image sends secure (spam free) payment requests directly from Microsoft Outlook (click to learn more).
