1When do you start working on my project?
We will start working on your project as soon as we receive your request by phone, email, or online. After collecting project request details, an estimate will be emailed to outline project deliverables, usually within 24-48 business hours. Once the contract/estimate is signed by the Client, the project will officially begin, based on the deliverables outlined in the contract/estimate.
2How long does it take before I can see my project sample design(s)?
Your samples will be presented to you in a timely manner once the estimate has been approved by both the Developer and the Client. If you wish to process a rush request, please specify your desired deadline when requesting a service from Exclusive Image. Rush request fees may apply.
3How can I see my design samples?
After we receive your first installment (payment), all initial designs will be presented by email in a PDF format. Prior to the completion of a final design for some services, such as the following:
Website/Online – links to online/interactive samples may be presented
Print – physical sample will be presented or snail-mailed
4How many changes/revisions can be made to my design?
Unless otherwise agreed upon by the Developer and Client, unlimited changes can be applied to your design, until you are 100% satisfied. We are committed to the design process and realize the creative development of your project is based on your vision and may take a few revisions to fine-tune a design.
5What if I do not like any of the initial designs?
We will re-evaluate your service request and the terms of your contract/estimate, and the appropriate next steps will be taken to ensure you are satisfied.
6What if I have my own idea for the project design?
Any ideas or requests you may have for a design, please indicate in your project intake form, or contact us. Please be as specific as possible.
7Can you refresh an existing design?
Yes. Please provide us with the latest version of your design, and mention how you would like a design refresh in the project intake form, or contact us. Please be as specific as possible.
8Do you make designs for print, online, promotional products, and more?

9When I view my designs on a electronic device it seems to have different colors than my printed design?
The colors on a electronic device may vary because we choose the print design colors from the Pantone Matching System swatch book for precise printed color reference. Commonly, the Pantone Matching System uses Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black (CMYK) to create colors. Therefore, printed ink colors do not appear the same when compared to light colors shown on an electronic devices. Electronic devices display colors in Red, Green and Blue (RGB). In the end, the difference between CMYK and RGB will cause the visual difference, when comparing electronic devices and printed colors.
10Does Exclusive Image have any rights over the Client's design?
Exclusive Image does not register or protect the design created for its Clients. For example, we do not provide information for the Client to register their design, such as a logo. The Client is responsible for protecting and registering the rights or trademark of their design. However, we closely watch, so no one is using our samples for false advertising without a written permission from Exclusive Image. Unless otherwise agreed upon, no one can use Exclusive Image’s design samples other than the Client (contract/invoice signer).
11Will I need to purchase professional graphic software to use and/or view the graphics created by Exclusive Image?
No. All graphics will be saved in the following file formats: GIF, JPEG, PDF, PNG, TIFF or any other file extension requested by the Client. For future design modifications, please contact us.
12What payment options does Exclusive Image offer for Clients?
Currently, we are accepting checks, cash, and all major credit cards as payment options. Exclusive Image is an Intuit Payment Network authorized member. Credit cards payments are subject to a processing fee of approximately 2.9%, which may be added to your balance. Fees for receiving eCheck payments will not exceed $5.00 USD per transaction. We do not accept POs, at this time. We will email you a receipt each time your card is charged. Exclusive Image sends secure (spam free) payment requests directly from Gmail. Security standards are governed by the PCI DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) to make sure that payment card data is protected and secure.
