Website as a Lead Engine
AB Roofing
A single WordPress site has captured more leads every year since launch — tracked conversions grew from 0 to 180 in three years, with no active SEO or maintenance retainer running.
A roofing contractor that needed leads without an ongoing budget
AB Roofing is a residential/commercial roofing contractor running on a WordPress site built by Exclusive Image and launched several years ago.
The brief was straightforward: a site that could generate estimate requests and calls on its own, without ongoing paid campaigns — and without assuming an SEO or maintenance retainer would be doing the work behind the scenes.
What we built
Three distinct ways to reach out instead of one generic contact form — built once years ago, with no SEO engagement or maintenance retainer since.
- WordPress site with three separate ways to reach out: estimate requests (primary), call-back requests, and general service inquiries
- Every inquiry is tracked, so we always know exactly how many leads the site is generating
- No SEO engagement or maintenance retainer has ever run on this account — everything here reflects the original build converting on its own, years later
Results
Year-over-year, from launch through the most recent full year on file.
An honest read on the 0-to-180 jump
Our analytics tracking began roughly a year after the site's actual launch, so Year 1 numbers are incomplete — part of the "0 to 180" jump reflects lead-tracking being fully wired up over time, not purely organic demand growth. The Year 3 volume (180 leads, 661 visits per year from Google search) is the real, current proof point regardless: a site built once, with no ongoing services, still compounding leads years later.
