Organic SEO services that get you found by the right people.

Organic SEO services from a specialist team, not a call-center account manager. Plans from $600/month. Month one is setup, with no setup fee.

What is organic SEO?

Earning your ranking, not renting it.

Organic SEO services are the work of improving where your site ranks in unpaid search results — through content, technical fixes, and site structure — rather than paying for placement.

Organic vs. paid search

Paid search (PPC) buys visibility for as long as you keep paying. Organic SEO builds visibility that stays after you stop actively investing in a specific page — slower to show up, but it compounds instead of shutting off. Most small businesses need both eventually; almost none need to start with both.

What a local SEO company or specialist actually does

An organic SEO agency researches how your customers search, fixes what's stopping your site from being found (broken indexing, thin content, missing structure), and builds content around the real questions people are asking — then measures what moved and adjusts. That's the same research → strategy → implementation process below, whether you call it organic SEO, SEO optimization services, or just "getting found on Google."

Building a winning strategy

Research, strategy, then implementation — in that order.

No guessing. Every recommendation traces back to data about your industry and your customers' acquisition funnel.

01 / Research

Know the landscape first

  • Competitive analysis
  • Technical audits
  • Keyword research
  • On-page optimization review
  • Content gap analysis
02 / Strategy

A plan tied to real goals

  • Define business goals & KPIs
  • Build an integrated marketing strategy
  • Set realistic timelines for results
03 / Implementation

Executed, then refined

  • Resolve technical issues
  • Deploy tactical improvements incrementally
  • Refine strategy using performance data
  • Enhance UX & conversions
Case study

Precision Parking: 8 ranking terms to 172

A focused 3-month SEO engagement built 17 city-specific landing pages for a Bay Area valet company that previously ranked for little beyond its own name. Search terms grew 21.5x (8 to 172, 44 on page one), average Google ranking moved from page 4 to page 1, and form submissions from Google search rose 81%. We also show what happened next: the lift held for about three months after work stopped, then began to fade. That's why SEO plans carry a minimum term, and why we sell SEO as an ongoing program.

Hosting + SEO

Want hosting and SEO together?

Every SEO plan already includes managed WordPress hosting and care, with security on every plan. SEO Starter is the same plan the hosting page lists, and it's one price: hosting, care, search tracking and one new page or post a month.

What's included

What you're actually getting each month.

Plain definitions for the parts of a plan that tend to get left vague.

01 / Posts & pages

What's in a post or page?

  • Keyword and search-intent research
  • A written draft built to answer real customer questions
  • On-page SEO: title, description, headings, internal links
  • We publish it on your site
02 / AEO & GEO

What is AEO / GEO?

Answer Engine Optimization and Generative Engine Optimization make your content easy for AI tools like ChatGPT, Google's AI answers, and Perplexity to find, understand, and cite. In practice that means clear question-and-answer content, structured data, and pages written so an AI can quote them accurately. Classic SEO helps people find you in search results. AEO / GEO helps you get named when someone asks an AI instead. It's an add-on for $300/mo on Starter and included on Growth and Premium.

03 / Month one

How we start

Month one is a setup month, with no separate setup fee. We run a technical audit, set up keyword tracking, review your competitors, and agree on priorities and goals. Content starts as soon as that plan is approved.

04 / Reporting & check-ins

How you'll know it's working

  • A monthly report on what we did and why
  • A search performance report: every two months on Starter, monthly on Growth and Premium
  • A monthly check-in
  • Analytics dashboard access
05 / Your monthly hours

What an hour covers

Your plan's hours (3, 6 or 10) cover all the work you ask for: edits, fixes, coding, and the new pages and posts themselves. A typical page or post uses about 1.5 hours, so SEO plans put your hours into content. Tracking, reports and check-ins don't use them. See a typical month.

Your hours

What a typical month looks like.

A typical page or post uses about 1.5 hours. SEO plans put your hours into content.

Plan Monthly hours New pages or posts Hours those pages use Hours left for edits, fixes & training
Host none none none Included services only
Premium Host none none none Included services only
Support 1 none none 1 hr: training or content edits
Care 2 none none 2 hrs
Care + Search 2 none none 2 hrs
SEO Starter 3 1 1.5 hrs 1.5 hrs
SEO Growth 6 3 4.5 hrs 1.5 hrs
SEO Premium 10 5 7.5 hrs 2.5 hrs
  • Pages and posts are published first. The hours left over are yours.
  • A longer or more complex page may use more. We tell you before we go over, and agree it with you first.
  • Monitoring, backups, tested updates, reports, check-ins and tracking don't use your hours.
  • Hours reset monthly and don't roll over.
What to expect

The first six months.

Mo 1

Setup

Technical audit, tracking setup, competitor review, and agreed priorities.

Mo 2–3

Foundations

Technical fixes, your first content, and your first report.

Mo 4–6

Growth

Content compounds and you see the first real movement.

Real movement usually takes 3–6 months.

SEO compounds — we'll tell you honestly what to expect instead of promising a first-page ranking by next Tuesday. A 3-month Starter term is long enough to finish setup and publish your first content; results take longer, so most clients stay on.

Plan terms

No surprises.

The short version. The full wording is in our Terms & Conditions →

Minimum term

SEO Starter has a 3-month minimum. SEO Growth and Premium have a 6-month minimum. Month one (setup) counts. After the minimum it continues month-to-month, and it never auto-renews into another fixed term.

Cancel early

Give 30 days' notice. If the notice period ends inside the minimum term, the remaining months of the minimum are billed at 50%. That fee is waived if we miss the agreed deliverables and don't fix it within 30 days. For example: a Growth client gives notice after month 3 and ends month 4. Months 5 and 6 are billed at 50%, $600 each.

If you leave

You keep your Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Business Profile access, your reports and your content. If you end SEO, you move to Care month-to-month, and your site stays online.

Upgrade or downgrade

Upgrade any time. Downgrade at the end of a term.

No setup fee

Month one is a setup month: a technical audit, tracking setup, competitor review and agreed priorities, with no separate fee.

No guarantees

We don't guarantee rankings or specific business results. Real movement usually takes 3–6 months.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Do you guarantee first-page rankings?

No — and we're wary of anyone who does. We don't guarantee rankings on any search engine, or a specific amount of business growth. We do guarantee a documented strategy and consistent execution against it.

Can SEO work alongside paid ads?

Yes — our Custom plan layers in PPC, and even outside that plan we're happy to advise on how organic and paid should split your budget.

Do I need a new website first?

Not necessarily — SEO can run on your current site. If a technical audit turns up structural issues a redesign would fix, we'll flag it, but it's not a prerequisite. See Website Services if a rebuild does make sense.

Does AI factor into how you approach SEO?

Yes — we build for both classic search and the AI answer engines customers are increasingly using. That includes AI-ready website content that's easy for models to parse and cite, AI-assisted keyword and competitive analysis, and AI-generated FAQ content structured to answer the specific questions your customers are asking.

How does Google decide who shows up first?

Google considers many factors when determining which pages appear in search results, including relevance to the search, helpful content, technical accessibility, and signals of credibility. Google's AI-powered search experiences build on these same search foundations. Clear, well-organized content that directly answers customer questions can help search systems understand your expertise and services. There is no guaranteed way to earn a particular ranking or appear in an AI-generated answer, but strong SEO fundamentals give your website a better foundation for discovery.

Are your SEO services a good fit for a small business?

Yes — our Starter and Growth plans are built for exactly that: a real strategy and consistent monthly execution without the overhead of a large in-house team or a big-agency retainer. If you want tracking and local visibility without a content program, Care + Search at $400/month is the lower-cost way in. If you're comparing local SEO companies, ask each one what happens after month one — ongoing execution is where most stall out.

How long is the contract?

SEO Starter has a 3-month minimum. SEO Growth and Premium have a 6-month minimum. Month one (setup) counts toward it. After the minimum, it continues month-to-month with 30 days' notice, and it never auto-renews into another fixed term. See the plan terms.

What if I cancel early?

Give 30 days' notice. If the notice period ends inside the minimum term, the remaining months of the minimum are billed at 50%. That fee is waived if we miss the agreed deliverables and don't fix it within 30 days. For example, a Growth client gives notice after month 3 and ends month 4: months 5 and 6 are billed at 50%, $600 each.

Who owns the content, the accounts and the reports?

You do. If you leave, you keep your Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Business Profile access, your reports and your content. If you end SEO, you move to Care month-to-month and your site stays online.

Do pages and posts count against my monthly hours?

Yes. New pages and posts are part of your plan's monthly hours, at about 1.5 hours each. We publish the pages and posts in your plan first, and the hours left over are yours for edits, fixes and coding.

What does month one include?

Month one is a setup month with no separate fee: a technical audit, keyword tracking setup, a competitor review, and agreed priorities and goals. Content starts as soon as that plan is approved.
