Do I have to buy my domain through you?
No. If your domain is already registered somewhere else you can leave it there — we'll just need access to point the DNS records, and we manage the DNS at no extra charge. If you'd like us to register one, domain registration starts at $25 a year (the price depends on the ending, such as .com or .org), billed yearly and registered in your name.
Can I move my existing site to your hosting?
Yes — migration is free and included on every plan. Send us your current host and site URL and we'll handle the move. We build and test the copy first, you approve it, and only then do we switch DNS, so your live site stays up while we work.
What happens if I outgrow a plan?
You can move up at any time. Most clients start with Host, Premium Host or Support and step up to Care once they want a person responsible for tested updates, advanced coding, and hands-on restoration every month.
How fast is support?
Every plan includes 24/7 support by text. Host gets a reply within 1 business day. Support and above get priority support, with a reply within 4 business hours. If your site is down, we respond the same business day on every plan.
What's your uptime?
We monitor every site around the clock and are alerted to downtime before you'd notice. We don't publish an uptime guarantee, but fast detection plus daily backups means a problem is a quick fix or a rollback, not a rebuild.
What does "own isolated environment" mean?
Every site runs in its own isolated environment: its files and database are walled off from other websites, so a neighbor's traffic spike or security problem can't reach yours.
Does Host include security?

What counts as a monthly hour?
Hours cover the work you ask for: small edits, fixes, troubleshooting, coding, training, and on SEO plans new pages and posts. Monitoring, backups, tested updates, reports and check-ins don't use your hours. Hours reset each month and don't roll over.
Is there a contract? Can I cancel?
Host, Premium Host and Support are month-to-month with no setup fee. Cancel with 30 days' notice. The only plans with a minimum term are the SEO plans. See the plan terms.
What happens to my site if I leave?
Your domain is registered to you, and we hand over access. You keep your content, your reports and your analytics and search accounts.
Do I need Care if I already have Host?
Not necessarily. Host keeps your site online, protected and backed up. Care adds a person responsible for it every month: tested updates, hands-on restoration, 2 hours of edits and fixes, a monthly report and a quarterly check-in. Compare every plan.
