Real Estate Website
Hodges Homes
A focused real-estate landing page grew search clicks 5.5x in its first year and flipped from direct-dominated to search-dominated traffic — with no SEO program running.
A brand-new agent site with zero search history
Chris Hodges runs his own real estate office, Hodges Homes, in Clarksville, TN. The build was a compact, conversion-oriented lead-gen landing page rather than a full multi-page site.
A brand-new agent site with zero search history needed to start generating organic visibility and leads fast, without the budget or scope for an ongoing SEO retainer.

The clear next-step opportunity
Essentially all of the clicks this site gets from Google search are still for Chris Hodges by name. Non-branded, high-intent local searches (like "best realtors in Clarksville") already show the site in results, but aren't getting clicked yet — real demand Google sees as relevant, just not yet captured. Form submissions (5 recorded since launch) sit low relative to traffic volume — worth noting that real estate is a naturally high-traffic, highly competitive industry, where browsers vastly outnumber ready-to-convert leads, so a modest raw count isn't unusual on its own. That said, the gap here is wide enough that it's worth confirming the contact form is recording every submission before reading this purely as a demand signal.
